Red Panda Beads does ship Internationally. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and are clearly displayed prior to checking out.

Each International order includes a US Customs form that details the order cost and package contents. The package contents are indicated as "Craft Beads & Supplies". It is up to each International Customer to know their import laws, to be aware of any tariffs and/or taxes on imported goods and all fees associated with any tariffs and/or taxes are the responsibility of each customer.

All orders on the Red Panda Beads website are made using USD currency and are automatically converted into any foreign currency during checkout and order payment. The currency converter displayed on the website is only an ESTIMATE, as the exchange rates change daily. Each international customer should be aware of the current rate of exchange between the USD and their own currency. All international orders will automatically apply the current exchange rate to any payments.

Will there be international tariffs, taxes or fees due when I receive my order?
  Depending on the receiving country, tariffs, fees and/or taxes may be due upon arrival of your package.   These fees vary per country and per merchandise type.   (i.e. some countries have a minimum threshold before any taxes or fees are applied and some charge more for electronics vs. camping equipment or even craft beads & supplies)  You should refer to your countries import laws to determine your liability for international packages.   Each international package is shipped with a CN22 USPS Form as required by law.   Each form is filled with the product description of "Craft Beads and Supplies" along with the item count and value of the package.  All package types are marked as "other".   You may not request that packages be marked as "gift" as this is in direct violation of USPS Law.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
