Items were shipped with laser like effeciency and arrived in perfect condition. They were exactly what i envisioned, no surprises. Betsy sends a nice handwritten note with her invoice which I thought was fantastic. I give her 13 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great job and I will use your shop again.
